特定技能とは、日本の人手不足が深刻な産業分野において、一定の技能と日本語能力を持つ外国人が働くことができる在留資格です。

この制度は2019年に日本政府によって創設され、現在は出入国在留管理庁が制度を管理しています。

特定技能制度により、日本企業は即戦力となる外国人材を採用することが可能になります。

Specified Skilled Worker (SSW)

The Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) visa is a residence status that allows foreign nationals with certain skills and Japanese language ability to work in industries facing labor shortages in Japan.

This system was introduced by the Japanese government in 2019 and is managed by the
Immigration Services Agency of Japan.

Through this program, Japanese companies can hire skilled foreign workers to support their business operations.
